The curriculum is not based on time – once you have demonstrated the outcomes required in one section, you can move to the next section. In this way students are able to complete a program more quickly.

• While enthusiasm for fitness and experience in personal and/or group fitness instruction is required, we will provide the training needed to run our specialized program.
• The Academy also provides training on topics such as inventory ordering and systems to facilitate a seamless operation.
• At The Operation Boot Camp Training Academy, we will train you on group fitness exercise, nutrition, motivation, and how to develop high quality staff. We will provide you with our Operations Manual that is a step-by-step resource for a turn-key operation.
• It is our job (and our mission) to provide you with comprehensive training so you can have the tools you need to safely and effectively operate a world-class Operation Boot Camp Franchise.
• We provide Franchise Owners with one on one and group coaching on sales, marketing and management. Each Franchise Owner gets all the motivation and education needed to succeed.
• Training ranges from hands-on operational and technical skills to customer service and marketing skills. Training encompasses everything from detailed logistics to conceptual planning to help your business grow.
